1. Risk disclosure
- $ASHLEY is highly speculative and may experience extreme price volatility, limited liquidity and rapid or total loss of value.
- No statement on this website, X, Telegram, Pump.fun or any community channel is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
- Market-cap milestones are technical triggers for releasing entertainment media. They are not price targets, forecasts, recommendations or promises that any milestone will be reached.
- Displayed prices, market capitalisation, volume and transactions come from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect.
- Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Always verify the official contract address and transaction details before signing.
- Smart-contract, wallet, network, platform, regulatory, cybersecurity and third-party service failures may cause loss or unavailability.
2. Terms of use
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are legally permitted to access crypto-asset services in your jurisdiction and understand the risks described on this page.
The website provides project information, an entertainment-media archive, public blockchain information and links to independent third-party services. The project does not custody user funds, execute trades or control transactions made through third-party wallets and platforms.
You are responsible for your own decisions, wallet security, taxes and compliance with local law. Do not use the website or community chat for illegal activity, impersonation, harassment, spam, market manipulation or sharing private keys and seed phrases.
Media unlocks
The archive is designed to unlock media when publicly stated milestones are detected. Network outages, inaccurate third-party data or technical failures may delay an unlock. A milestone is not a promise of value, liquidity or continued development.
Third-party services
Pump.fun, PumpSwap, Solana wallets, explorers, market-data providers, Cloudflare and other linked services operate independently under their own terms and privacy practices. Links do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee.
3. Creator transparency
The official contract and creator holdings will be disclosed after token creation so visitors can verify them on-chain.

The creator may purchase or sell tokens. No statement should be interpreted as a promise to support the price or refrain from selling indefinitely. Any material creator-allocation or disposal policy announced by the project should be read together with current on-chain data.
4. Paid promotions
The project may pay third parties to publish promotional content. Paid posts should be clearly labelled, for example with #Ad or Paid promotion. Payment for visibility does not mean that a promoter independently endorses the token.
Promoters are not authorised to guarantee returns, provide price targets, announce undisclosed partnerships or speak as members of the project team. Promoters who hold $ASHLEY should disclose that interest in their post.
5. Privacy notice
Information processed
If you use the chat, the website stores the nickname and message you submit, the submission time and a one-way hash derived from your IP address for basic anti-spam rate limiting. The application does not intentionally store the raw IP address in its chat database. Infrastructure providers may separately process IP addresses and technical request data for security and delivery.
Your chosen chat nickname may be stored locally in your browser. Public blockchain addresses and transactions displayed on the site are already public on Solana.
Purpose and retention
Chat data is used to display community messages, prevent spam and maintain service security. The chat database retains up to the latest 500 messages; older messages are automatically removed as new messages are submitted. Security and infrastructure logs may follow the retention periods of the relevant service provider.
Public content
Chat messages and nicknames are public. Do not submit personal data, private keys, seed phrases, wallet credentials or information you do not want others to see.
Your choices
You may avoid the chat and still use the rest of the website. You can clear the locally stored nickname through your browser settings. Where applicable, you may request access, correction or deletion of chat content by contacting the project and identifying the relevant nickname, message and approximate time.
